Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling**: Clients can book appointments online, via phone, or in-person. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. 2. Confirmation**: All appointments will receive a confirmation via email or text 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the salon to verify your appointment. 3. Arrival Time**: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in cancellation and non-refund of deposit. Clients may reschedule. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice**: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a non-refundable deposit fee. 3. No-Show Policy**: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. 4. Emergency Cancellations**: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Waitlist Policy 1. Waitlist Availability**: If your desired appointment time is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. We will contact you if an opening becomes available. 2. Notification**: Clients on the waitlist will be notified via phone or text as soon as an appointment slot opens up. You will have 2 hours to respond and confirm your appointment. 3. No Guarantee**: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. We encourage clients to book in advance to secure their preferred times. 4. Cancellation of Waitlist**: If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please inform us, and we will remove you from the list.
